Used storage is calculated based on the total size of files you have shared and stored in your datarooms. We only count your transfers and datarooms that you own. Files shared with you by other users do not count towards your used storage!
No, receiving files is free. No storage space on your side is used.
Yes, you can share files with anyone, even if they don't have an account. They will receive a link to access the files you shared. However, the file transfer will require a password to ensure the security of your data.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately.
No, our pricing is transparent. All costs are clearly displayed on our pricing page.
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
No, our plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If you exceed your plan limits, your shares and datarooms will remain active, but you will no longer be able to add new files or users until you upgrade your plan or free up space.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual payments compared to monthly billing.
Yes, a detailed invoice is automatically generated for each payment and is available in your account.
