We count the size of the files in your transfers and in the datarooms you own. What others share with you does not eat into your space.
Yes, from the Solo plan onwards. The free account covers everything that is not sending: receiving a transfer, joining a dataroom you were invited to, filing files on a link someone opened for you. Creating a transfer or a dataroom belongs to the paid plans. The people you send to, on the other hand, have nothing to subscribe to.
No, receiving files is free. No space is counted against you.
Never. Receiving is free and does not even require signing up: a link is enough. If your recipient has no Retyc key, the transfer carries a password, the only way to encrypt for them; if they do have one, that password becomes optional.
Yes, in both directions, from your account settings. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down applies too, provided your usage fits within the limits of the plan you are moving to.
No. The prices shown on this page are what you pay, excluding VAT. No activation or overage charge is added to them.

No, our plans carry no commitment. You can cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
It is an option that adds a recovery key to every new transfer and every new dataroom created by your members. It appears as a recipient of transfers and as a read-only member of datarooms, which lets you reopen those spaces even without the person who created them. We only ever receive the public half. The private half stays with you and belongs in your secret manager, because we have no way of reconstructing it if it is lost.
If you exceed your plan's limits, your shares and datarooms stay active, but you will not be able to add new files or users until you upgrade your plan or free up space.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual payments compared with monthly payments.
Yes, a detailed invoice is generated automatically for every payment and is available in your account.
