Yes. Each dataroom keeps a timestamped audit log of views, downloads and changes. It is end-to-end encrypted and exportable to CSV, useful in the event of litigation or a bar association review.
Not necessarily. You can send them a secure link, or open a receive link so they can drop their documents. For a recipient without a key, the transfer is protected by a passphrase shared through a secure channel.
No. Retyc includes no AI, neither generative nor analytical. Your documents are never used to train or feed a model, which rules out a common data leak risk.
Retyc is a French company hosted in France, with no dependency on a US cloud. Exposure to the CLOUD Act is strongly reduced, and since everything is end-to-end encrypted, there would be nothing readable to hand over anyway.
