    2. Informal chat
    A 30-minute call to get to know each other, understand your expectations and walk you through the project in detail.
    3. Exercise or case study
    No lengthy take-home test. We will walk through a concrete case study together over a video call. The goal is to discuss your approach and your choices β€” not to recite the textbook perfect answer!
    4. Meet the team
    One last conversation with the rest of the team before we make a decision. No endless interview panel.
