Collect documents from citizens
With Retyc Box, a citizen uploads their civil status records, social welfare file or tax documents from an upload link, without creating an account. Their documents are encrypted on their own device and never land in an inbox in the clear.
Public procurement and tenders
With Retyc Collaborate, each tender gets its own dataroom: you upload the tender documents and each bidder submits their offer there. You decide who sees what, and the log timestamps every access.
Exchanges between public bodies
A department, a ministry or a partner authority gets the rights it needs on a file, and you remove them when the collaboration ends.
ProConnect
Your staff sign in with ProConnect
ProConnect is the French government's single sign-on for public servants and professionals, born from the merger of AgentConnect, MonComptePro and InclusionConnect. Retyc supports it for government staff: they use the identity they already have.
No new account
Staff sign in with their administration's identity. No account to create, no extra password to remember, and that many fewer resets for your help desk.
Identity comes from the administration
The staff member is authenticated by their identity provider, not by a sign-up form. When the log shows that someone opened a file, it really was that person.
A button staff already know
ProConnect is already offered on many French government digital services. Your staff find the same button and the same sign-in flow.
And for your outside contacts
A contractor or a bidder doesn't need ProConnect. They upload their documents without an account through an upload link, or create a Retyc account to work in a dataroom.
Beyond transfer
Sovereign transfer, and everything that's missing next
Government transfer tools such as FranceTransfert do a real job for sending large files now and then, in a sovereign way. Retyc covers what a transfer service alone doesn't: encryption that even we can't lift, and several people working together over time.
Zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption
Encryption happens on the staff member's computer, before anything is sent. What reaches us is unusable, including for our own administrators and including under a legal order.
Datarooms that last
A transfer always expires in the end. A dataroom stays open as long as you need it, with its folders, versions and history, all encrypted.
Collaboration and roles
Several participants, internal or external, each with their own role: view, upload, edit or manage. You change or remove a right at any time.
Exportable audit log
Every access, download and change is timestamped and tied to a person. The log is end-to-end encrypted, and you export it as CSV for your audits.
Sovereignty
Hosted in France, or on your premises
Your data stays under European law, with a French host or on your own infrastructure, and no non-European player is involved anywhere in the chain.

Data is stored in France with Scaleway, which is ISO 27001 certified and HDS certified for health data. No US or Chinese provider is involved, neither for storage nor for authentication.

With the Enterprise plan, the whole platform can run on your own servers. Files, accounts and logs then stay within your perimeter.
GDPR: fewer risks to document
A processor that can't read what it hosts takes a good share of the risks off your impact assessment. The DPA is available for your contractual needs.
CLOUD Act and FISA
No company subject to US law is involved anywhere in the chain. And since keys never pass through our servers, an order could only ever cover encrypted blocks.

FranceTransfert is a good tool for sending large files now and then in a sovereign way, but it remains a transfer service: no collaborative dataroom, and files available for three months at most. Retyc adds zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption, workspaces that last, per-person roles and an exportable audit log. The two tools can perfectly well coexist.
No. With ProConnect, your staff sign in with their administration's digital identity, without a new account or an extra password.
No, and that's not a contractual commitment but a consequence of the architecture. The decryption key is generated on the staff member's computer and is never sent to us. A Retyc administrator who opened the storage would only see encrypted blocks.
Yes, on-premises deployment is an option of the Enterprise plan. The whole platform then runs on your premises, and your data never leaves your infrastructure.
Our host Scaleway is going through SecNumCloud qualification. Retyc adds protection of a different kind: with end-to-end encryption, neither the host nor we hold any key, and nobody in the chain can read your files. And if your tender requires SecNumCloud-qualified hosting, the Enterprise plan lets you deploy Retyc on qualified infrastructure.
